Print settings

Resin printing (MSLA/DLP) is strongly recommended to capture the fine surface details, panel lines, rotor hub complexity, and interior fittings visible in the reference. If printing in FDM, split the fuselage into sections and orient each piece to minimise overhangs; use supports under the rotor blades and nose sensors. Suggested infill 15–20% for large fuselage parts; rotor blades should be printed flat or near-flat with light supports. Grey resin or grey PLA/ABS will give the most accurate military finish straight off the printer.
