Description

Highly detailed 3D printable model of the Kamov Ka-60 Kasatka (NATO reporting name Orca), a Russian military utility helicopter developed by Kamov (United Aircraft Corporation). Available in 1:48 and 1:72 scale, this multi-part kit captures the distinctive fenestron tail rotor, four-blade main rotor, and Russian Air Force livery with red star markings. Print-tested in both PLA (FDM) and SLA resin for guaranteed results. Supplied as a single ZIP archive containing all parts.

Print settings

This model has been print-tested in PLA (FDM) and SLA resin. For FDM printing, orient the fuselage horizontally with the belly down, use supports for the rotor hub and landing gear, and recommend 20–30% infill with 0.1–0.15 mm layer height for best surface detail. For resin (SLA/MSLA), print at 0.05 mm layers with light supports on thin rotor blades and tail assembly; hollow the fuselage to save resin. Rotor blades should be printed flat to minimize warping.
