The Ford GT 2017 Heritage Edition is a limited-run variant of the second-generation Ford GT supercar, paying tribute to the GT40’s legendary Le Mans victories with a distinctive livery and heritage-inspired details. This high-detail 3D printable model captures the aerodynamic mid-engine bodywork, flying buttresses, and low-slung silhouette that define one of the most celebrated American supercars of the modern era. Ideal for display models, scale dioramas, or collector prints at any scale. Supplied as STL files ready for slicing.
Print settings
FDM printing is suitable for larger display scales (1:18 or bigger), while resin printing is recommended for finer surface detail and panel lines at smaller scales (1:24 or below). Orient the body horizontally with the underside facing the build plate and use light supports under overhanging elements such as the rear diffuser and side skirts. An infill of 15–20% is sufficient for display purposes; increase to 30%+ if structural rigidity is needed. PLA or PLA+ works well for FDM; standard or ABS-like resin is recommended for resin printers.
