Print settings
FDM printing is recommended for the main body shell using PLA or PETG at 0.1–0.2 mm layer height for clean surface detail. Enable supports for overhanging aero elements such as the front splitter, side skirts, and rear wing. Orient the body with the underside facing down to minimise visible seam lines. An infill of 15–20 % is sufficient for display purposes; increase to 40 % or more for structural parts.
