The Heavy-Haul Lowboy Semi-Trailer is a highly detailed multi-axle lowboy (lowbed) trailer designed for transporting oversized and heavy equipment such as tanks, excavators, and industrial machinery. The model features a drop-deck frame, multiple bogie axles with dual-tire assemblies on both ends, outrigger support brackets, a gooseneck coupling section, and a full undercarriage with suspension detail visible from all angles. Ideal for 1:50, 1:35, or 1:25 scale dioramas, wargaming tables, and truck modeling projects. Supplied as STL files ready for slicing.
Print settings
FDM printing is suitable for the main frame and deck at 0.15–0.2 mm layer height with 20–30% infill; resin printing is strongly recommended for the fine axle bogies, suspension links, and outrigger brackets to capture all detail. Print the deck flat on the build plate; bogie assemblies may need thin supports under axle housings. Use ABS or PETG for structural parts if the model will be handled frequently.
