F-16D Block 60 Desert Falcon STL 3D Print Model

The General Dynamics F-16D Block 60, also known as the Desert Falcon, is the advanced two-seat variant of the F-16 Fighting Falcon developed exclusively for the UAE Air Force and manufactured by Lockheed Martin with GE Aviation engines. This highly detailed multi-part 3D printable model features a fully modeled dual cockpit interior with ejection seats and instrument panels, deployed landing gear, external fuel tanks, and a full weapons loadout including air-to-air and air-to-ground missiles. Available in 1:48 and 1:72 scales, the model is optimized for both FDM (PLA) and resin (SLA) printing. Files are provided in STL format, ready to slice and print.

Print settings

Resin (SLA/MSLA) printing is strongly recommended for the finest detail on cockpit interiors, missiles, and landing gear struts; FDM with PLA at 0.1 mm layer height is viable for larger parts. Print small, thin components (wingtip missiles, pitot tube, antennas) flat or with minimal supports to avoid breakage. Use tree supports on overhanging surfaces such as the fuselage underside and weapons pylons. An infill of 15–20% is sufficient for most airframe sections; cockpit tub parts benefit from 30% for rigidity.
