Print settings

FDM printing is recommended for larger scales (1:18 and 1:24) using PLA or ABS at 0.1–0.15 mm layer height; resin (MSLA/DLP) is strongly advised for the 1:64 scale to preserve fine surface detail on the grille, badges, and suspension parts. Orient the body shell upright with the roof facing up and add light tree-style supports under the wheel arches and door sills. Chassis and suspension components should be printed flat on the bed with 20–30% infill for structural integrity. Interior parts such as seats and dashboard can be printed with minimal supports at 15% infill.
