Print settings

Resin printing (MSLA/DLP) is recommended for capturing fine surface details such as the grille mesh, door-handle recesses, and exhaust tips; FDM printing at 0.1–0.15 mm layer height with a 0.4 mm nozzle is viable for larger scale prints. Orient the body shell horizontally on its belly with supports on overhanging surfaces like the front bumper splitter and rear diffuser. An infill of 15–20% is sufficient for display purposes; use PLA or ABS for FDM, or standard grey/beige resin for best detail resolution. Print the wheels and mirrors as separate parts to minimise support scarring on visible surfaces.
