Ponsse Elephant King Forestry Forwarder STL 3D Print Model

The Ponsse Elephant King is a heavy-duty 8-wheel forestry forwarder designed for high-capacity timber transport in demanding terrain. This highly detailed 3D model features the articulated frame, enclosed operator cabin, large-capacity log bunk with stanchions, mid-mounted hydraulic loader crane with rotating grapple, and aggressive off-road tires across four axles. The model is supplied as a multi-part STL/ZIP archive, suitable for display scale builds, dioramas, or tabletop use. Print settings

FDM printing is recommended for the main chassis, bunk frame, and body panels; resin printing is advised for small detail parts such as the grapple head, crane linkages, and hydraulic lines. Print the cabin and large body sections upright or at a slight angle with supports enabled on overhanging surfaces. Use 20–30% infill with a wall count of 3–4 for structural parts; PETG or PLA+ are suitable materials. Thin crane arms and stanchion pins may benefit from resin to avoid breakage.
