Print settings

FDM printing is recommended for larger display scale builds (1:18 or bigger); resin printing is preferred for fine detail capture on smaller scales such as 1:24 or 1:43. Print the body shell in a single orientation with the underside facing down to minimize supports; use supports only for the antenna, wipers, and underbody exhaust pipe. An infill of 15–20% is sufficient for display pieces; use PLA or ABS for FDM, or standard grey resin for SLA/MSLA. Splitting the model into sub-components (body, wheels, glass inserts) before slicing will improve surface quality and assembly results.
