This off-road mud terrain tire is a highly detailed 3D printable model featuring an aggressive block tread pattern with two staggered rows of large lugs, deep siping channels, and a fully modelled sidewall with fine embossed lettering and bead detail. The model includes both the tyre and the inner rim/bead seat ring visible from the side view, making it suitable for dioramas, scale vehicle builds, or display pieces. Designed as a standalone wheel component, it is well-suited for 1:8 to 1:24 scale projects and is provided as a ready-to-print STL file. The geometry is clean and manifold, optimised for FDM or resin printing.

Print settings

FDM printing is recommended at 0.1–0.2 mm layer height with the tyre standing upright (axis vertical) to best capture the tread block detail; enable supports for the inner bead ring area. Use 20–30% gyroid infill with at least 3 perimeters for structural integrity. For higher detail on the embossed sidewall text and bead seat features, MSLA/resin printing is preferred with standard supports on the inner face. PLA or ABS work well for FDM; standard grey resin gives the best surface finish.
