Description
The Manitou MLT 741 is a highly detailed 3D printable telehandler forklift model featuring a fully modelled cab interior, aggressive all-terrain tyres, hydraulic arm linkage, and a front pallet fork with integrated bale grab attachment. Two cab variants are included: an open-frame version and a windowed/lights version, offering flexibility for different display or diorama purposes. The model is supplied as an STL file set inside Telehandler-Forklift.zip, ready for FDM or resin printing at any scale. All major angles are covered across ten rendered preview views, including top, front, rear, and both diagonal perspectives.
Print settings
FDM printing is recommended for larger display scales (1:35 or bigger); resin printing is advised for fine detail preservation at smaller scales such as 1:50 or 1:87. Print the main body upright or at a slight rear tilt to minimise the need for supports on the cab roof grid and hydraulic lines. The fork arms and bale grab claws should be printed flat on the build plate. Use supports under the cab overhangs, mirror housings, and grab attachment pivot points. Recommended infill: 15–20% gyroid for body panels, 40%+ for structural fork and arm parts. PLA or PETG are suitable for display; ABS or ASA if the model will be handled regularly.
