Lancia Delta HF Integrale Evo STL 3D Print Model

The Lancia Delta HF Integrale Evoluzione is one of the most iconic rally-homologation hatchbacks ever built, produced in 1992 as the pinnacle of Lancia’s legendary Delta lineage. This highly detailed 3D model features a fully modeled exterior with flared arches, BBS-style multi-spoke wheels, and rally-spec front bumper, plus a complete interior including dashboard, steering wheel, bucket seats, and door cards. Two model versions are included: one with transparent windows and lights geometry, and one open/windowless version ideal for interior display renders or diorama use. All files are provided in STL format, ready for printing or rendering.

Print settings

FDM printing is recommended for the body shell at 0.1–0.15 mm layer height with supports enabled, particularly for the front bumper undercuts, door mirrors, and rear wiper arm. Resin (MSLA/DLP) is strongly advised for small detail parts such as the wheel spokes, dashboard instruments, and antenna. Orient the body longitudinally on the print bed to minimize visible layer lines on the hood and roof. An infill of 15–20% is sufficient for display models; use ABS or ASA if post-processing with filler primer and paint is planned.
