International MaxxPro MRAP STL 3D Print Model

The International MaxxPro MRAP is a mine-resistant ambush-protected armored vehicle widely used by the U.S. military and allied forces, and this highly detailed 3D model captures its iconic cab-over engine layout, V-shaped hull, bolt-on armor panels, roof-mounted gun turret, antenna mast, and aggressive off-road tires. The model is presented from six orthographic and perspective views, showing intricate surface detail including rivets, armored side windows, rear storage boxes, and mud-terrain tires suitable for both display pieces and wargaming use. Designed for FDM and resin printing at any scale, it is ideal for scale modelers, tabletop wargamers, military diorama builders, and collectors. Supplied in the MaxxPro_MRAP.zip archive containing print-ready STL files.

Print settings

FDM printing is recommended at 0.1–0.2 mm layer height for best surface detail on the riveted armor panels and tire tread; resin printing (MSLA/SLA) will yield superior results for small-scale versions. Print the hull and turret as separate parts oriented flat-bottom-down to minimize supports; the gun turret shield benefits from resin or 0.1 mm FDM with supports on the overhanging roof plate. Recommended infill 20–30% with PLA or ABS for structural parts; no infill needed for solid resin prints. Spray-prime in grey before painting or applying camouflage livery.
