GMC TopKick C6500 Box Truck STL 3D Print Model

The GMC TopKick C6500 is a medium-duty commercial box truck produced in the early 2000s, widely used for freight and delivery operations. This highly detailed 3D model captures the distinctive flat-face hood, square fender arches, dual rear wheels, and a full dry-freight box body complete with vertical ribbing, roll-up rear door with latches, rear bumper with marker lights, and a hydraulic lift gate. Two versions are included: one with open window/light cavities and one with solid geometry, making it suitable for display models, dioramas, and RC or scale modelling projects. The model is supplied in STL format, ready for slicing and printing.

Print settings

FDM printing is recommended for larger display scales (1:24–1:18); resin printing is preferred for finer detail at smaller scales (1:43–1:35). Print the cab and box body as separate parts to minimize support structures; orient the cab front-facing down on the bed and the box upright. Use 15–20% infill for display purposes or 30–40% for structural strength. Supports are required under the front bumper, side mirrors, chassis cross-members, and lift gate.
