Description
The BMW X6 M 2016 is the high-performance SAV (Sports Activity Vehicle) variant of BMW’s second-generation X6, combining a twin-turbocharged V8 engine with an aggressive M-tuned chassis. This detailed 3D printable model faithfully captures the distinctive fastback roofline, wide body stance, and M-specific styling cues of one of BMW’s most recognizable performance SUVs. Suitable for display models, dioramas, or scale replicas, the file is provided in STL format ready for slicing and printing. The model is designed for both FDM and resin printing workflows depending on the level of detail desired.
Print settings
FDM printing is recommended at 0.1–0.2 mm layer height for good surface quality on the curved body panels; resin printing will yield finer detail on grilles and trim lines. Orient the model with the underside flat on the build plate to minimise visible layer lines on the exterior surfaces. Supports are recommended under the side mirrors, wheel arches, and any overhanging body elements. An infill of 15–20% is sufficient for a display piece; use PLA or PETG for FDM, or standard photopolymer resin for SLA/MSLA.
