The AC Schnitzer BMW i8 ACS8 2017 is the aggressive German tuner interpretation of BMW’s iconic plug-in hybrid sports car, featuring the full ACS8 wide-body aero kit developed by AC Schnitzer for the i8. This highly detailed 3D printable model captures the tuned proportions and sporty stance that define the ACS8 package, making it ideal for display builds, collectors, and automotive enthusiasts. Suitable for FDM and resin printing at a range of scales, from desktop display pieces to larger showcase models. Supplied in STL format, ready to slice and print.
Print settings
Resin printing (MSLA/DLP) is recommended for best surface detail on body panels and aero components; FDM with a 0.2 mm layer height is viable for larger scales. Orient the body shell upside-down to minimize visible layer lines on the hood and roof. Use supports on overhanging bumper and splitter geometry. An infill of 15–20 % is sufficient for display purposes; increase to 30 % or more if assembling multiple parts.
