Print settings

FDM printing is feasible for the main body shells at 0.1–0.2 mm layer height with supports enabled, particularly under the front splitter, rear diffuser, side skirts, and wing endplates. Resin (MSLA/DLP) is strongly recommended for the wheel assemblies, interior parts, and fine aero components to preserve sharp detail. Orient the body horizontally on its base with the roof facing up to minimise support scarring on visible surfaces. Recommended infill: 15–20% gyroid for the body; solid or 50%+ for small structural parts. PLA or ABS works well for the exterior panels; ABS or ASA for parts requiring post-processing with acetone smoothing.
