Land Rover Defender 90 STL 3D Print Model

The Land Rover Defender 90 is a compact short-wheelbase 4×4 utility vehicle produced in 1997, modelled here in an open-top soft-top-removed configuration with full interior detail including dashboard, steering wheel, gear levers, and bucket seats. The model includes multiple versions: an open canopy variant with rear cargo area and a windowed/hard-top variant with lights, offering great versatility for display or diorama use. Detailed exterior features include the iconic slatted grille, round headlights, chunky off-road tyres, spare wheel mounted on the tailgate, side steps, radio antenna, and roof-bar equipment. Print settings

FDM printing is recommended for the main body panels at 0.15–0.2 mm layer height with 20–30% infill; resin printing is advised for fine interior components such as the dashboard, steering wheel, and gear levers. Print the body shell upright or at a slight angle to minimise support contact on visible surfaces; supports are required under the wheel arches, bumpers, and door apertures. Use PLA or PETG for structural parts; ABS or ASA can be used if post-processing or painting is planned. Print wheels flat on the bed to preserve tyre tread detail.
