Print settings

FDM printing is recommended for larger structural parts (engine block, gimbal housing) using PLA or PETG at 0.15–0.2 mm layer height with 20–30% infill; resin (MSLA) is strongly advised for fine detail parts such as the propeller, hose fittings, and manifold pipes. Parts with overhangs (exhaust pipes, trim cylinders) will require supports; orient the engine block flat on its largest face to minimize support contact on detailed surfaces. Print the propeller separately and assemble after post-processing for best blade definition.
