Print settings

Resin printing (MSLA/DLP) is strongly recommended to capture the fine surface texture, brass fitting details, and thin linkage bracket with maximum fidelity. If printing in FDM, orient the carburetor base-down to minimize overhangs; enable supports for the fuel inlet fittings, accelerator pump nozzles, and throttle bracket. Suggested infill 20–30% with 3–4 perimeter walls for structural rigidity. For resin, no infill is needed but hollow the body and add drain holes to reduce resin consumption.
