Print settings
Resin printing is recommended for small-scale builds to capture fine details such as turbo compressor wheels, belt pulleys, and carbon-fiber texture on the intake cover. For larger display scales (1:4 or 1:8), FDM with a 0.2 mm nozzle and 30–40% infill works well. Print complex parts (turbochargers, headers) with supports enabled; the engine block itself can be oriented flat on its side to minimize support usage. PLA or ABS for FDM; standard grey or black resin recommended for a realistic engine finish.
