Print settings
Resin printing (MSLA/DLP) is strongly recommended to capture the fine surface textures, header pipes, and small fittings accurately. Print main block and valve cover flat-side down to minimize supports; exhaust headers may require light tree supports. For FDM, use a 0.2 mm layer height with 20–30 % infill and PLA or ABS; post-processing and painting will be needed to replicate the multi-tone finish shown. Paint with metallic silver for the block, gloss black for the cam cover, and an iridescent blue-purple for the exhaust manifold.
