Print settings

Resin printing (MSLA/DLP) is strongly recommended to capture the fine mesh grilles, hood vents, and wheel spokes faithfully; FDM at 0.1–0.2 mm layer height can work for larger display scales. Orient the body shell flat on the build plate with the underside facing down to minimize visible support marks on exterior surfaces. Use supports on the rear wing underside, door mirror stems, and front splitter lip; tree supports work well for resin. Suggested infill for FDM body parts: 15–20% gyroid. Print in separate sub-assemblies (body, wheels, wing) for best results and easier post-processing.
