Description
The Tigercat 870C is a heavy-duty tracked feller buncher designed for demanding forest harvesting operations. This highly detailed 3D model features the machine’s characteristic oval upper track assembly, articulated boom arm, and large disc saw / grapple head attachment, faithfully reproduced from multiple angles. Ideal for dioramas, tabletop gaming, or display models, the file is supplied in STL format ready for slicing. Two variants are included: a standard closed-cab version and a windowed/lights version for added realism.
Print settings
FDM printing is recommended for larger display builds; resin printing suits fine detail on the boom and grapple head. Print the main body and track assemblies flat on the bed to minimise supports; the boom arm and grapple head will require supports at their joints. Suggested infill 20–30% for structural parts; 10–15% for decorative panels. PLA or PETG are suitable materials for most components.
