Description
The RoGator RG1300 is a high-clearance self-propelled agricultural sprayer featuring an articulated four-wheel chassis, a large central chemical tank, and wide-span boom arms extending far to each side for broad field coverage. The model is highly detailed, capturing the truss-style boom structure, cab with handrails, fender fairings, and all underbody plumbing, making it ideal for display, diorama, or scale modelling purposes. Two cab variants are included: a solid-body version and a windowed/lights version for added realism. Supplied in STL format, ready for FDM or resin 3D printing.
Print settings
Due to the extreme width of the boom arms, it is strongly recommended to print each boom section separately and at a flat orientation to minimise warping and support material. FDM printing with a 0.2 mm layer height and 15–20% infill in PLA or PETG is suitable for the main body and chassis; resin printing (MSLA/SLA) is advised for the fine truss details and hose fittings. Supports will be required under the boom arm tips and any overhanging plumbing elements. Printing the cab and tank as separate parts and assembling afterwards will improve surface quality.
