McLaren F1 GT Le Mans GT1 STL 3D Print Model

The McLaren F1 GT is the ultra-rare homologation variant of the iconic McLaren F1, built in 1997 to comply with GT1 racing regulations for Le Mans, featuring an extended tail, enlarged rear wing, widened bodywork, and distinctive quad exhaust outlets. This highly detailed 3D model captures every hallmark of the original: the central-seat three-abreast cockpit, twin circular headlights, roof-mounted air intake snorkel, and the aggressive aerodynamic kit that made only two road-going examples ever produced. The model is provided in two versions — one with open window frames and light housings for maximum interior visibility, and one as a solid-body windowed variant — making it ideal for display scale models, dioramas, or showcase printing at any scale. Files are delivered in STL format ready for FDM or resin printing.

Print settings

Resin printing (MSLA/DLP) is strongly recommended to capture the fine surface detail, panel lines, exhaust tips, and interior elements visible in the renders. If printing FDM, orient the car at a slight nose-up angle to reduce supports on the underbody and front splitter; use supports for the rear wing endplates, side mirrors, and roof intake. Recommended infill: 15–20% gyroid for solid sections. For display purposes, print at 1:24 or 1:18 scale; at 1:43 and smaller, the open-window version may require resin. ABS or ASA are preferred for FDM due to better post-processing options.
