The KTM 990 Supermoto R is a high-performance single-cylinder supermoto motorcycle rendered as a highly detailed 3D printable model based on the 2012 version. The model captures the iconic KTM trellis frame, upside-down forks, twin exhausts, dual headlight fairing, and spoked wheels with great accuracy across all views. Ideal for display, dioramas, or scale modeling, the file is provided in STL format ready for slicing. Multiple viewing angles confirm the depth of detail in both the engine bay, swingarm assembly, and bodywork panels.
Print settings
FDM printing is feasible for larger scales (1:12 or bigger) using a 0.2 mm layer height and 20–30% infill; resin printing is strongly recommended for smaller scales to preserve fine engine and frame details. Print the model oriented on its side with the wheels vertical to minimize the need for supports on complex frame tubes. Enable supports for the handlebars, mirrors, and exhaust canisters. PLA or ABS work well for FDM; standard or ABS-like resin is recommended for sharper detail reproduction.
