Print settings
FDM printing is recommended for the exterior shell at 0.1–0.15 mm layer height with 20–30% infill; resin printing is advised for fine interior and wheel details. Print the body shell upright or at a slight angle with supports on the front splitter, side mirrors, and rear diffuser. Wheels are best printed separately lying flat to preserve spoke geometry. Use PLA or PETG for structural parts; ABS or resin for fine detail components.
