AM General HMMWV M1025 Military Police STL 3D Print Model

Print settings

Resin (SLA/MSLA) printing is recommended for the finest panel line, rivet, and weapon turret detail; FDM is viable for larger scales (1:24) with a 0.2 mm layer height and 0.4 mm nozzle. Print the body shell upright or at a slight rear tilt; hollow parts such as doors and the roof panel benefit from supports at window apertures and undercut edges. Suggested infill is 15–20% gyroid for structural parts and 10% for decorative panels; the weapon mount post and turret assembly should be printed at 25–30% infill for rigidity. PLA or ABS work well for FDM; standard photopolymer resin is recommended for SLA to capture the fine rivet and bolt detail on the armored doors.
