Description
The Acura MDX-1 is the first-generation luxury midsize SUV from Acura, the premium division of which introduced the MDX nameplate in the early 2000s. This 3D printable model captures the recognizable crossover SUV profile and is suited to display, collecting and automotive diorama projects. It is supplied as STL files ready for slicing and can be scaled to fit your printer’s build volume.
Print settings
FDM works well for the main body at a 0.15-0.2 mm layer height with PLA or PETG; resin gives finer detail on grille, lights and trim. Print the body upright on its wheels or flat on its base, and expect to need supports for overhangs such as bumpers and mirrors. Use 10-15% infill for display pieces, and sand and prime before painting for a smooth finish.
