Print settings
FDM printing is recommended for the body shell at 0.1–0.2 mm layer height with 15–20% infill; PLA or PETG work well for exterior panels. The transparent window and light components are best printed in resin (MSLA/SLA) for clarity and fine detail. Print the body upright or at a slight angle to minimize support needs on the hood and roof; use supports under the wheel arches and front bumper overhangs. Interior parts benefit from separate printing and gluing for best detail.
