Print settings
Resin printing (MSLA/DLP) is strongly recommended due to the high level of mechanical detail in headers, carburetor linkages, and transmission ribbing. Orient the engine block upright with the transmission horizontal to minimize unsupported overhangs. Light supports will be needed on the exhaust pipes and fan blades. FDM printing is possible at larger scales (1:4 or bigger) with a 0.2 mm nozzle, 20–30% infill, and PLA or ABS.
