Print settings

Due to the large size and fine surface details, resin printing (MSLA/DLP) is strongly recommended for best results on smaller parts such as the island, railings, and propellers; FDM is viable for the main hull sections printed in parts. Print the hull flat on the build plate to maximize stability and minimize supports; the superstructure and deck fittings may require supports underneath overhanging elements. Suggested infill of 15–20% for FDM hull sections; use a fine layer height of 0.1 mm or below for detail parts. ABS or ASA is recommended for FDM prints to allow light post-processing and assembly bonding.
