Print settings
FDM printing is recommended for the large hull sections; resin printing suits the finer superstructure details such as railings, windows, and radar equipment. Print the hull in multiple parts oriented flat (keel down) to minimize warping and reduce support needs. Use 15–20% infill for hull sections and 25–30% for structural superstructure parts. PLA or PETG are suitable materials; grey and dark red filaments will closely match the vessel’s original livery.
