Print settings
Resin printing is strongly recommended to capture the fine surface details of the flight deck, railings, and superstructure. Print the hull in a flat, keel-down orientation to minimise supports and maximise stability. Island and delicate antenna parts may benefit from separate printing at a finer layer height (0.05–0.1 mm). FDM is viable for larger hull sections using a 0.2 mm layer height, 20–30% infill, and tree supports under overhanging deck edges.
