Description
The Rubezh-ME coastal defense missile system is a Russian truck-mounted anti-ship missile launcher developed by NPO Mashinostroyeniya, featuring four launch tubes mounted on a KAMAZ 6×6 heavy truck chassis with an elevated radar mast. This highly detailed multi-part 3D model captures every aspect of the system including the cab interior, chassis undercarriage, launch canister assembly, and articulated radar antenna tower. Designed for scale modeling enthusiasts, the model is available in 1:35 and 1:48 scales and has been print-tested for reliable results. Files are provided in STL format, split into logical sub-assemblies for straightforward printing and assembly.
Print settings
Resin printing (MSLA/DLP) is strongly recommended to faithfully reproduce the fine surface detail on the launcher tubes, radar mast, cab grille, and undercarriage components. Print smaller parts (radar head, launch tube caps, hinges) in their flattest orientation to minimise supports and preserve detail. Medium-density supports are advised for overhanging areas such as the radar arm and cab roof. For FDM, use a 0.1–0.2 mm layer height, 20–30% infill, and ABS or PLA; the chassis frame should be printed flat on the bed for maximum strength.
