Bell B30E 6×6 Mining Dump Truck STL 3D Print Model

The Bell B30E articulated dump truck is a heavy-duty 6×6 off-highway hauler widely used in mining and large-scale earthmoving operations. This highly detailed 3D model captures the characteristic articulated frame joint, the three rear axles with large off-road tires, the open ROPS cab, hydraulic hoist arms, exhaust and engine bay pipework, access ladders, and the full dump body with reinforced side walls. Supplied as a ready-to-print STL file, it is suited for display models, dioramas, scale miniatures, and tabletop use. Two cab variants are included: one without glazing and one with windowed cab and lights geometry.

Print settings

FDM printing is recommended for the main body parts; resin printing is advised for fine details such as hydraulic lines, handrails, and ladder rungs. Print the cab and dump body upright or at a slight rear tilt to minimize unsupported overhangs; enable supports for the underside of the dump body, the articulation joint area, and the engine bay pipework. An infill of 15–20% with a 0.2 mm layer height is sufficient for display purposes. PLA or ABS are suitable materials; grey or primer-coloured filament will highlight surface detail before painting.
