The General Dynamics AbramsX is a next-generation main battle tank concept developed by General Dynamics Land Systems as a demonstrator for the US Army’s future armored vehicle program. This highly detailed multi-part STL model captures the AbramsX’s distinctive low-profile turret, unmanned remote weapon station, advanced sensor suite, and hybrid-electric drivetrain exhaust configuration. Available in 1:35 and 1:56 scales, it is suitable for display modeling, wargaming (Team Yankee, Bolt Action), and tabletop miniature use. The package includes separate hull, turret, tracks, road wheels, drive sprockets, antennas, and top-mounted CROWS-type RWS components as individual printable parts.
Print settings
SLA/MSLA resin printing is strongly recommended for the smaller scale (1:56) to preserve fine surface detail on the tracks, sensor pods, and RWS assembly; FDM with a 0.2 mm nozzle is viable for 1:35. Print the hull and turret flat on the bed; orient track runs horizontally with light tree supports to avoid warping. Use 2–3 perimeters and 15–20% infill for structural parts; delicate antennas and gun barrel may benefit from a rigid resin or PETG to reduce breakage risk.
