Bobcat S650 Skid Steer with Bale Fork STL 3D Print Model

The Bobcat S650 is a compact skid steer loader equipped with a bale fork attachment, faithfully reproduced as a high-detail 3D printable model. The model captures the characteristic vertical lift arm geometry, enclosed ROPS/FOPS cab with interior detail, four chunky pneumatic tires, rear engine housing with cooling louvers, and a fully modeled bale fork implement at the front. Two versions are included: an open-frame cab variant and a windowed/lights version with glazed panels and lamp housings. Supplied as STL files ready for FDM or resin printing, ideal for scale dioramas, hobby collecting, and tabletop use.

Print settings

FDM printing is recommended for the main body at 0.15–0.2 mm layer height with 20–30% infill; resin printing is preferred for fine details such as the bale fork tines, mirrors, and interior controls. Print the main chassis and cab upright to preserve surface quality on the hood and cab panels; the bale fork assembly prints best lying flat with minimal supports on the tines. Use supports for overhanging cab roof edges, the arm linkage pivot points, and the underside of the rear engine cover. PLA or PETG work well for the body; ABS or ABS-like resin is advisable for the thin fork tines to avoid brittleness.
