Print settings

FDM printing is recommended for most structural parts using PLA or ABS at 0.15–0.2 mm layer height; the elongated corn header row dividers should be printed vertically or at a slight angle with supports enabled to preserve tip detail. An infill of 20–30% is sufficient for display purposes, while critical thin parts such as the ladder and auger fingers may benefit from 40% infill or resin printing for added precision. Print the cab and grain tank separately and assemble post-print for best surface quality. Light sanding and yellow spray paint or priming will greatly enhance the final appearance.
