Audi A4 B7 3.2 FSI Quattro STL 3D Print Model

The Audi A4 3.2 FSI Quattro is a detailed 3D model of the 2005 B7-generation sedan, faithfully reproducing the characteristic single-frame grille, quad headlights, sculpted body lines, and five-spoke alloy wheels. The model includes a fully modelled interior with seats, dashboard, steering wheel, and door panels, and is provided in two versions: one with windows and lights, and one open/windowless for interior visibility. Designed for scale display models, dioramas, or desktop printing, it captures all key details from front bumper to twin exhaust outlets. Files are delivered in STL format ready for slicing.

Print settings

FDM printing is recommended for larger scales (1:18 or above); resin printing will best capture fine details such as the grille mesh, wheel spokes, and interior components. Print the body shell horizontally with the roof facing up to minimise supports on visible surfaces. Use supports for the wheel arches, side mirrors, and bumper undercuts. A 0.1–0.2 mm layer height and 20–30% infill are sufficient for the shell; increase infill to 50% for small structural parts such as wheels and mirrors. PLA or ABS works well for the body; consider resin for interior detail parts.
