Print settings

Resin printing (SLA/MSLA) is strongly recommended for both scales to capture fine surface details such as railings, radar domes, and deck fittings. For 1:350 scale, print the hull flat on the build plate with light supports on overhanging superstructure elements; for 1:700 parts, minimal supports should suffice given the segmented approach. FDM printing is feasible for the 1:350 version using a 0.2 mm layer height, 20–30% infill, and PLA or PLA+ material, though some fine details may be lost. Always orient the hull bottom-down and test fit multi-parts before final gluing.
