Cookie Policy
Last updated: 5 September 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, which ones we use on 3duploader.com, why we use them and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.
We use cookies in accordance with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and with the GDPR. Except for strictly necessary cookies, we only install cookies on your device after you have given your consent through our cookie banner.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device when you visit it, so that it can remember information about you — that you are signed in, what is in your cart, or which pages you have viewed. We use the word “cookies” in this policy to cover cookies and equivalent technologies such as local storage, session storage, pixels and software development kits, which serve the same purpose and are treated the same way under the law.
Cookies can be classified in several ways:
- By who sets them. First-party cookies are set by 3duploader.com itself. Third-party cookies are set by another company whose services we use, such as Google or our payment providers.
- By how long they last. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device until they expire or you delete them.
- By what they do. See the categories in section 3.
2. Do we need your consent?
It depends on the category:
- Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. Without them the site cannot work — you could not sign in, keep items in your cart or complete a purchase. They are exempt under Article 22.2 LSSI-CE.
- All other cookies require your prior, informed and unambiguous consent. This includes preference, analytics and advertising cookies. We do not load them until you accept them, and continuing to browse is not treated as acceptance.
You can accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or choose category by category. Both options are equally easy to use, and you can change your mind at any time (see section 5).
3. Categories of cookies we use
3.1 Strictly necessary
These keep the site working, secure and usable. They cannot be switched off.
- Session and authentication.

woocommerce_cart_hash,woocommerce_items_in_cart,wp_woocommerce_session_*andwoodmart_guest_cartremember what you have added to the cart and carry it through to payment. - Security and abuse prevention. Cookies set by our CDN, such as
__cf_bmandcf_clearance, distinguish real visitors from bots and protect the site against attacks. Akismet may set cookies to detect spam in comments and forms. - Fraud prevention at payment. Our payment providers set cookies such as
__stripe_midand__stripe_sid(Stripe, through WooPayments) and PayPal’s own cookies, to verify that a transaction is legitimate. - Your cookie choices. Our consent tool stores a cookie recording which categories you accepted and when, so that we do not ask you again on every page and so that we can prove your consent as the law requires.
3.2 Preferences
These remember choices you make so the site behaves the way you left it. They are only set with your consent.
shop_view,shop_per_pageandshop_per_rowremember how you like product listings displayed (grid or list, items per page and per row).woodmart_shown_pagesandwoodmart_tb_banner_*avoid showing you the same notices and promotional banners repeatedly.comment_author_*pre-fills your name and email if you leave a review or comment.wp-settings-*stores interface preferences for registered users.
3.3 Analytics
These help us understand how visitors find and use the site — which models are viewed, which searches return nothing, where people abandon the checkout — so that we can improve it. They are only set with your consent.
- Google Analytics 4 (
_ga,_ga_*), which assigns a random identifier to your browser. We have IP anonymisation enabled and we do not use this data to identify you personally.
3.4 Advertising
These are used to display advertising, limit how many times you see the same ad, measure ad performance and, where you allow it, personalise ads to your interests. They are only set with your consent.
- Google AdSense and Google’s advertising services (
__gads,__gpi,IDE,NID,test_cookie), which may combine information across websites to build an advertising profile. If you reject this category, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised.
3.5 Third-party content and social login
If you sign in with Facebook or Google, or if a page embeds external content such as a video, those providers may set their own cookies once you interact with them. We do not control these cookies; they are governed by the privacy and cookie policies of each provider.
4. Full and up-to-date list of cookies
The table below is generated automatically from a periodic scan of our own site, so it always reflects the cookies actually in use, with their provider, purpose and duration:
5. How to manage your consent
You can review and change your choices at any time:
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and it takes effect immediately for cookies we control. Note that withdrawing consent does not delete cookies already stored on your device — to remove those, use your browser as described in section 6.
6. How to control cookies in your browser
Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies. Bear in mind that if you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in or complete a purchase, and parts of the site will stop working. Instructions for the most common browsers:
Most browsers also offer a private or incognito mode, which deletes cookies when you close the window. If you enable a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of analytics and advertising cookies.
You can additionally opt out of personalised advertising directly with Google through its Ads Settings page, and with participating companies through Your Online Choices.
7. Cookies and personal data
Some cookies process data that can be considered personal, such as your IP address or a unique browser identifier. The legal basis for the strictly necessary ones is our legitimate interest in providing a functioning and secure service; for all the others it is your consent. You keep all the rights described in section 9 of our Privacy Policy, including access, erasure and objection, and the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Some of the providers behind these cookies are established outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers are covered by the safeguards described in section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove services, or when the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version, and if the changes affect the purposes for which we use cookies we will ask for your consent again.
9. Contact
If you have any question about our use of cookies, write to [PRIVACY EMAIL] or contact [LEGAL NAME] as described in our Privacy Policy.
