M4A2 Sherman 75mm STL 3D Print Model

The M4A2 Sherman 75mm is a highly detailed 3D printable model of the iconic American WWII medium tank, featuring the early Direct Vision (DV) hull variant with cast turret, M3 gun mantlet, and a full set of stowage accessories including jerrycans, bedrolls, tools, and rope. The model is delivered as a multi-part assembly with turret, hull, running gear, and roof-mounted .50 cal M2HB machine gun separated for optimal printing and painting. Ideal for tabletop wargaming (28 mm / 1:56 scale), dioramas, or display models. Files are provided in STL format inside the included ZIP archive.

Print settings

Resin printing (MSLA/DLP) is strongly recommended to capture the fine bolt, weld-seam, and track-link details; an FDM printer with a 0.2 mm nozzle and 0.1 mm layer height can be used for larger-scale builds. Print the hull flat on the bed; orient the turret upside-down to minimise supports on the mantlet face. Use light tree supports on overhanging stowage items and the machine-gun cradle. A layer height of 0.05–0.1 mm in resin and 20–25 % infill (gyroid) in FDM are recommended for structural integrity.
